I very rarely wear make-up. However, putting lip gloss seems to be a pretty way to give some boost of color and glitz to my face. According to Zenutrients` website, the company came about when they discovered that Virgin Coconut Oil worked as a solution for their kids` Psoriasis. As you can tell, I chose to use one of the "most talked" about planners in the Philippines, the 2016 Belle De Jour Power Planner. During the past few weeks, I`ve shared with you my top favorite sweet and funny scenes from the Korean drama "Descendants of the Sun". For this post, I`ll finally share the most unforgettable scenes in the series.

1.) "Meeting Him Again"

Despite the recent parting of Captain Yoo Si Jin and Dr. Kang Mo Yeon, this scene raised the hopes of the viewers. This first reunion of the couple is melodramatic, sensational and just amazing. The slow motion while Captain was walking closer to Dr. Kang Mo Yeon is just awesome. Also, the song  "Always" by Yoon Mi Rae which was played is so fitting to the scene.

Descendants of the Sun is a Korean drama that has gained a lot of admirers in the world. Despite being aired for only 2 months which started on February and ended on April, the admiration for this drama is still very prevalent most especially in Asia. Last week, I shared with you the "Top 5 Sweet Moments from 'Descendants of the Sun'" but today I`ll share with you the funniest scenes I have seen in all of the 16 episodes of this TV drama.


1.) "Red Velvet"

This scene reminded me of a popular Youtube video which features a performance by a Korean girl group in an all-boys school. It was really amusing which made this specific part really comical. It may be a part of the Korean entertainment industry`s culture to feature different artists and groups for a specific group of people like the performance of "Red Velvet" for the military.

Descendants of the Sun is a Korean drama that first aired on February this year. It has gained widespread popularity all over the world. Last week, I shared with you a review of this drama. For this post,  I`ll be sharing with you my favorite sweet scenes from this TV series.

1.) "Forget This"

Despite the thrilling activities going on, this scene is particularly the top sweet scene on this list because Captain Yoo Si Jin (played by Song Joong Ki) showed his loving care and comfort towards the abducted Dr. Kang Mo Yeon (played by Song Hye Kyo) especially when he covered her eyes and told her to "forget" what was about to happen at 1:30 to 2:22 [of the video]. If you remember their first split in the drama, Dr. Kang Mo Yeon expressed that she and Captain may have different ideals since Dr. Kang Mo Yeon`s a doctor who diagnoses, treats and heals people while Captain Yoo Si Jin is involved in a profession that may require him to kill. This scene is appealing as it showed Captain Yoo Si Jin`s thoughtfulness and protectiveness towards Dr. Kang Mo Yeon`s sensitive feelings and "innocence" regarding the situation.

If you haven`t been reached by the craze fan girls(and boys) all over the world are experiencing, "Descendants of the Sun" is a hit Korean drama which just finished airing last month. It has gained popularity not only in South Korea but also here in the Philippines. According to some online reports, the production cost was ₩13 billion or approximately US$ 11,047,010.00/Php 515,514,245.16. With such high budget, the whole team of "Descendants of the Sun" must have really worked hard to give the viewers the best TV series they possibly can. And with the widespread enthusiasm and passion surrounding this drama, I think they`ve gotten a flattering response from people around the world.

These Mojos are actually appetizers. They had a taste of authentic potato fries but I felt like there was too much onion-like taste to it. It tasted odd combined with the sauce. My friend commented that the sauce tasted like it has too much vinegar. I didn`t quite enjoy it.

Banapple is a bakery and café which serves baked goods, cakes, pies, desserts, smoothies, coffee, and many more delicious food and beverage. Besides casual dining on their regular operating hours, customers can also reserve for a banquet room at their Katipunan and Tomas Morato branches. They have different branches in the country but their main kitchen is along Katipunan avenue in Quezon City (Metro Manila).

When we arrived at the place, we had to wait for about 5 minutes because it was full-packed inside. While waiting outside Bannaple, we were already given a number for our supposed table and the menu even though a customer must go to the counter to order and pay (because in some cafés, customers just sit at the café from the time the menus were given to them, to ordering and up to paying).

I had the "Banapple" smoothie mainly because it seemed like the most "basic" smoothie to get since it was named similar to the store`s name. The taste reminded me of  frozen smashed bananas with syrup. I really like it because it was flavorful and really cold.

Greens Vegetarian Restaurant and Café is a quaint and small place that offers to serve a variety of delicious and tasteful Vegetarian food and beverage suitable for almost everyone even non-vegetarians. Some of the food that they offer are also suitable for Vegans.

I visited this place on my birthday since I wanted to start my day right by eating a healthy yet delicious food. I had their Carbonara and Calamansi juice since I had a cold that day.

Their Carbonara tasted very delicious not only because I generally like eating pasta but because it was actually tasty and creamy. It was great, I throughly enjoyed the Php 80.00 worth of Carbonara with bread at the side.

Greens Vegetarian Restaurant and Café: Calamansi Juice (Review at www.TheGracefulMist.com)

According to their menu, their Calamansi juice is "freshly squeezed". It was served right when I asked for it so I`m not exactly sure if it`s actually "freshly squeezed" since it was quite cold most likely because it was refrigerated. Nevertheless, even though I usually take in concentrated Calamansi juice, this was alright. Its price is Php 60.00.
