Hello readers,
Sip Store - Honeycomb Waffle and Honey Milk Tea (The Graceful Mist Photo) |
I recently went to one of my favorite stores, "Sip". I went ahead and tried their Honeycomb Waffle for the second time and Honey Milk Tea for the first time. The waffle was really delicious and filling. It has the right size to fill up an empty stomach. The honey milk tea, like most milk teas I`ve tasted, was flavorsome.

The Honeycomb Waffle was served fresh from the waffle maker. It tasted more appetizing when it was hot so it`s better to consume it as soon as it`s ready. It was a bit burnt when I got it the second time I tried it but it actually tasted alright.

The front part of the Honeycomb Waffle looks like it was puffed inside by Honey. It reminds me of my memory foam pillow wherein whenever you poke it or touch it, the shape of your hand or item leaves a mark on the pillow but then it will slowly fade back to its original form.

Sip Store - Honeycomb Waffle Paper Bags (The Graceful Mist Photo) |
Sip`s paper bag for the Honeycomb Waffle looks quite cute. I already acquired three of them; the second paper bag was for the second time I ate Honeycomb Waffle and the last was my younger brother`s. I kept the paper bags even though they`re small. I prefer to save such things no matter how useless it may seem to other people. I could always find uses for such things. Paper bags are actually some of my favorite things to recycle and reuse.

The store has a good ambiance even though the store is quite open since it doesn`t have doors. They have free WiFi for customers (it has a password which can be seen at the bottom part of the store`s receipt) and a good air-conditioning. It also seems like they let their customers plug cables from their personal devices because I saw some customers using their devices while they were plugged in. In my opinion, I think this is a really good thing if you plan on spending the time there doing some school or work related tasks because this will keep your devices from getting low battery.
All in all, trying out the Honeycomb Waffle with Honey Milk Tea was worth it. The Honeycomb Waffle is tasty and filling while the Honey Milk Tea has a strong blend of tea and milk with a bit of the taste of honey which gave it a refreshing flavor.
Honeycomb Waffle and Honey Milk Tea is probably one of my favorite foods and drinks. What are yours?

The Honeycomb Waffle reminds me so much of Hong Kong's egg waffle! I wonder if they taste the same.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really a milk tea drinker, but the ones I've tasted weren't so bad. I just have not tried itagain, and the news about the poisoning a few months ago is a bit unnerving.
ReplyDeleteLike May, I'm not a big milk tea drinker though when i do drink milk tea, my usual go to is Happy Lemon cos I just love their Rock Salt and Cocoa Cheese drink and Serenitea.
ReplyDeleteNever tried milk tea my entire life but I'm really curious of the taste. The waffle reminds me of eggnog but it looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteThe Honeycomb Waffle with Honey Milk Tea looks really tasty and would be such a sweet tweet.
ReplyDeleteTheir packaging and place looks really cute! Now, I wanna have some milk tea.
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy! I did not know you could design waffles that way. Since I like crepes and pancakes I'm sure I'll also enjoy this :)
ReplyDeleteThis is actually one of my fave milk tea shops. Try their Lychee Misteazo. It's my fave!
ReplyDeleteReally? That`s great. It`s one of my favorite milk tea stores too. I will look that up the next time I go there.
DeleteI love the honeycomb waffle. It's all the rage here (though I think it's called Japanese waffle) and it's usually served with ice cream. Yum!
ReplyDeleteOh yum! I think I'd like that waffle. I've never been to a Sip store before!
ReplyDeleteI love waffles and I like that in a waffle maker you can make all sorts of delicious things. I didn't think to put honey into my waffles, but that's a good idea. I usually add cinnamon. They must have a special waffle maker that has the shape of a honey comb at the store.
ReplyDeleteCombianation between honey and tea? Is this delicious?
ReplyDeleteI love the honeycomb waffle as inspired by where the bees make honey. :) Hehe.
ReplyDeleteHoney comb waffle and honey milk tea, I haven't even heard of these before. I wish this store was in my area too, would have loved to try these.
ReplyDeleteThe SIP looks like a beautiful cafe and I loved those honeycomb waffles. I feel like having it right now with Blueberry syrup and whipped cream on its top! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not a picky eater so the honey waffle and honey milk tea sounds super delicious. I wish they had that store in DC.
ReplyDeleteYay I love bubble tea especially with anything with honey in it, is my favor because I used honey as replacement for sugar
ReplyDeleteBoth the shop and the waffle look amazing! I have never tried anything like that before, but will definitely have to give it a try! XO
